Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling daily Logistics / Shipping operation issue to ensure customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction
- Responsible for customer’s audit and complaints relating to Logistics / Shipping operation
- Effectively and continuously explore, initiate and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvement
Requirements:
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- PO Processing experience is a must
- Proficient in MS application, those with SAP background will have an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- A team player who is able to work independently in a fast pace environment
