Mid December to End June.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administration support such as the following:-
- Handling all incoming calls and receiving guests / visitors/ parcels/ mails
- Inform SEPS staff on the arrival of their guests / visitors or any messages left for them by caller
- Handle all out-going faxes, mail and both local and international courier
- Perform indirect purchases including Fixed Asset P.Os, liaising with suppliers and matching of invoices and other Admin Clerical duties.
- Handle Cargo insurance applications and stationery management
- Handle some service coordination and agreement documentation upon request
- Undertake any other assignments and duties, which the management may assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills (E.g. Polite, Friendly, etc.) and good presentation
- Able to converse relatively well, especially in English language
- Able to commit from Mid December until End April 2011 (May extend till Mid to End May 2011)
- Willing to work in the West (Transport Provided from and to Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.20pm
- Tertiary or University students who are on vacation are welcome to reply
- Hourly paid salary on a monthly basis
- Have some experience on receptionist work
