Site Manager (Constructions) @ East Coast (Salary negotiable)

Responsibilities:
•Execute & monitor the project site in term of civil, structure & architecture works which include site planning and coordination, material order, delivery and stock control.
•Ensure that the project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the sub-contractors and workers, and to take the appropriate and timely remedial actions
•Attend project meetings with the clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
•Prepare monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to client, consultant or the Management.
•Coordinate and carry out supervision works at site
•Manage projects independently as well as lead and motivate a team.

Requirements:
•Recognised Degree in Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent by Singapore PE Board
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervising structural and civil works in Condominium Project work/ Building infrastructure.
•Diligently manage and ensure a profitable and successful completion of the project.
•Must posess Safety and IMS Training
•Good supervision and inter personal skill
•Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese as need to communicate with China workers
•A strong team player
•Singaporeans/PR (M'sians) only
•Working hours: 8am-5pm
•Salary negotiable based on relevant experience
•Able to start work immediately or within very short notice prefer
•Interview Location: Hd office @ Goldhill
•Working site: East Coast Site
