Project Manager (Construction) @ East Coast (Salary negotiable)

Responsibilities:
•In-charge of Civil/ Structural design, coordination and Project Management of large scale building project.
•Preparing implementation methodologies, work schedules and man- hour estimates for proposals of new work.
•Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works.
•Performs Civil/Structural calculations and prepares and updates material take off for project procurement.
•Designs and updates Civil/Structural layouts, sections, details, etc.
•Management of the engineering resources.
•Maintaining up to date knowledge of the market trends.
•Ensuring the quality of the deliverable and project delivery is achieved.

Requirements:
•Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering Singapore PE Board
•Have at least 5 years of experience as a PM managing preferably condomimum construction projects
•Possess certificate Safety Course for Project Manager
•Independent & be responsible for the Progress, Quality & Budget of the Construction jobs assigned.
•Strong site management skills - Labour, Materials, Schedule Planning... Reporting.
•Experienced in Conquas, Quality Mark achievement.
•Good track records in all existing and previous projects assigned
•Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese languages
•Singaporeans/PR (M'sians) only
•Salary negotiable depending on experience
•Able to start work immediately or within short notice
•Working Site: Marine Parade
•Interview Location: HD office at Goldhill.
