Mystery Caller required to assess the service level of staff and organisations.
 
Requirements:
•   18 years old and above.
•   Past experience in conducting surveys.
•   Min A2 for English in ‘O’ levels.
•   Have good listening skills.
•   Detailed in documenting questionnaires.
•   Commitment period = 3 months (minimum).
