Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Location: Town
Salary: SGD 1100 - 1300
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the sorting / distribution / collection of mails and parcels to / from the respective departments and designations at the company headquarter.
- Internal customer service.
- Franking of parcels / mails.
- Shipping and/or deliveries coordination.
- Basic data entry and administration duties.
Requirements:
- Similar experience in mailroom environment is most advantageous.
- Good operational, administration and customer service related skills are highly valued.
- Students upon graduation with little working experience or fresh from National Service are welcome, as trainings will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide quality customer service.
- Independent yet works well in a team environment.
- Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
