Immediate 5 Day Sales Manager (Freight Forwarder Experience) @ Lower Delta Rd (Salary Negotiable)

Responsibilities:
•To maintain and grow market from local/overseas sales as well as service existing and nomination customers.
••To manage the Sales Division (Air, Sea Freight, Warehousing and Special Cargo Division)
••Lead a team of sales staff
•Rates negotiations and development FCL, LCL and airfreight and seafreight shipments
•Provide support services to global partners in terms of rates, space, special cargo handling
•Drafting of Security Procedures, implementation and auditing of procedures for ISO 9000 and ISO 28000
•Review market’s requirements and develop strategies to meet this demand
•Marketing strategies & implementation for clients’ retention
•Customer service and sales follow-up to meet customers’ requirements and expectations

Requirements:
•Diploma in Shipping/Logistic or equivalent
•Must have minimum 10 years of sales or business development handling Integrated Freight Forwarding/Shipping Solution
•Strong clientele bases with Freight Forwarder/Shipping industries
•Knowledge of ISO procedures
•Results driven, possess good sales track record & own network of clientele
•Good management and supervisory skill
•An aggressive sales approach with proven ability to win new business
•Must possess own vehicle
•Bilingual in English and Chinese
•Singaporeans
•5 Day work from 8.30am-5.30pm
•Attractive remuneration packages will be offered to selected candidates
•Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
