Responsibilities
- Attend to all calls pertaining to complaints, lost and found and general enquiries
- Provide effective service recovery for complaints
- Ensure appropriate and adequate investigation are carried out for all cases
- Ensure performance measures are met at all times
- Update status of complaints and lost and found
Requirements
- Min GCE “O” level
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work overtime
Salary range: $1500 to $1600
