Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customer's incoming phone enquiries pertaining to internet & mobile services
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Anticipate and identify customer needs and dissatisfaction for proactive customer engagement
- To manage customers’ accounts and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Provide administrative support and assist in adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' level/Diploma/ Degree
- Possess good customer service handling skills and is customer orientated
- Fresh Graduate, Waiting for NS Enlistment, ORD Personnel all are welcome to apply
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Salary: Above $1400 - $1800
- Able to commence work immediate or within short notice
- Must able to perform shift between 9.00am to 7.00pm; based on 8 hours rotating shift
- 5 working days per week inclusive of Saturday (Offday – 1 weekday and 1 Sunday)
