Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Officer
- Registration and updating of patient particulars
- Appointment taking
- Support daily call-ins and customers' queries
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels (3 Credits)/ GCE N Levels (5 Credits)/ ITE
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with dialect-speaking patients
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Mature, Responsible and Dedicated
