Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide admin support to the Purchasing Department
  • Processing and monitoring of all PR/PO invoices for the department
  • Receive and file contracts and documents
  • Involve in any related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / Certificate in Administration
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year experience in co-ordination / admin work
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Able to start work immediately
