- Assist in 1st Level telephone and IT support for end users
- Escalate service requests and resolved problems for end users
- Provide a single point of contact for users to report problems
- Assist to raise service requests
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT/ Networking and Software Engineering
- Applicants who are Technical Savvy
- Applicants with good troubleshooting skills but do not have the required qualification are encourage to apply
- Applicants must be proficient in trobleshooting IE
- able to perform rotational shifts and roastered duty
- able to speak good English and Chinese
- WILLING TO WORK WEEKEND IS A MUST
- ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR
